Very nice. Rukia is one of my favorite characters from Bleach, she looks so pretty in that kimono *u*
But, don't you think the colors are too bright? As for the text, I think it would look better if you made it smaller and put it slightly bellow. Also, don't enforce an image into a 1024x768 pixel wallpaper, it would be better if you used crop tool.
Anyway, that's just my opinion :)
